02

Stage 2 · The Tool

The first tool is you. Find the constraint, choose the smallest useful leverage, build a working stack, and prove it against reality.

6 lessons
→
03

Stage 3 · The Pipeline

Understand how AI generates output, where it can fail, and how to check the result. Compare approaches to a bounded task and assess quality, time and costs before deciding how to use the work.

→
04

Stage 4 · First Dollar

Five proven business models ordered fastest-to-first-dollar, the operator habits that separate profit from dabbling, and a concrete action plan for this week.

05

Stage 5 · The Workflow

The shift from one-off prompting to documented, repeatable workflows — RCTF, chaining, system documentation, and the build assignment that produces your first sellable asset.

→
06

Stage 6 · The First Customer

Who to target, the outreach message, the first pricing conversation, the two objections you'll hear, and how to get from yes to paid.

6 lessons
→
07

Stage 7 · The Work

Scope creep, what to do when AI output was wrong, the invoice, the Australian tax threshold, and building toward recurring.

5 lessons
→
08

Stage 8 · The Exit
